I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was great, very close to the airport and there was a bus stop nearby that took me straight into the city center. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with a big desk, perfect for my work needs. The amenities provided, including toiletries and a hairdryer, were all great.

Everything was just fine, no room for improvement.

As bike riders, we were thrilled to find Mercure Hotel near Brussels Airport. It's great to have a hotel in an area with limited alternatives. We were also pleased to find a small shop near the reception, although prices were a bit expensive. The fitness center was a nice amenity for us after a long day of cycling.

The hotel's check-in process took longer than expected, causing a bit of inconvenience for us.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel located close to the NATO HQ in Brussels. The location was perfect for my needs, and I was able to reach the site within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The gym facilities were also quite good, with new equipment that made my workout enjoyable. Additionally, there was a decent restaurant in the hotel where I could grab a bite to eat. Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the heavily used room and lack of ironing equipment, overall I was satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
